Marijuana Possession in Ohio.

There is a state initiative on the 2023 ballot to legalize possession (in certain amounts) AND use for Ohioans over 21. There is one huge problem…it won’t be on the ballot until November of this year! Drug defense attorney Jon Sinn of Akron wants to help you with any defense that you or a loved one may need in the meantime.

If this law passes, Ohio residents over 21 could possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis, up to 15 grams of marijuana concentrates and grow six plants per person or 12 per household. There is more to know about the Nov. 2023 bill that will change marijuana laws in the Buckeye State.

Criminal defense attorney Jon Sinn helps people in Northeast Ohio understand the marijuana laws as they stand today. For more information about that and how Attorney Sinn may help, please give him a call at (330) 431-0160. Criminal defense attorney Jon Sinn of Akron is here to help.
