In a Murder Case Everyone is Suffering.

Make no mistake about it, when a criminal case involves murder everyone is adversely affected.  This is especially true when someone is falsely accused of the ultimate crime.  Murder trials are, at the very least, stressful on all of the families involved.  Some people say things and make accusations based more on emotion than fact.

If you or a loved one is accused of criminal charges related to malicious wounding or murder, the stakes could not be higher.  Many times, in the heat of the moment, people feel they have no other alternative than to save themselves from mortal danger.  Self-defense can be used to justify certain actions.

You need to take “certain action” when hiring a murder defense lawyer in Northeast Ohio.  Attorney Jon Sinn has tried dozens of murder cases.  Please visit his website at sinnlaw.com and see for yourself.  Often, the only sin you may have committed is not calling Jon.  He is Akron criminal defense attorney Jon Sinn at (330) 431-0160.

The Drug and Criminal Justice Policies Initiative.

This is just one of the many hundreds of issues that appeared on state-wide ballots last November.  We all know that The House is now controlled by the Democrats and The Senate by the Republicans, but what about this Drug and Criminal Justice Policies Initiative on the Ohio ballot?  Well, it was defeated.

By voting no, Ohioans essentially –

1.  Did not reduce most drug possessions to misdemeanors.
2.  People on probation can still be sent to prison for non-criminal violations.
3.  Did NOT create a sentence “credits” program for participation in rehabilitation.

How does The Drug and Criminal Justice Policies Initiative failure to pass affect your family?  Akron Ohio Criminal Lawyer Jon Sinn knows the answers.  Northeast Ohioans have been relying on his expertise for many years.  Many times, the only sin you may have committed is NOT calling Jon.  Attorney Jon Sinn at (330) 431-0160.
