When Your Back is to the Wall.

When a criminal charge is staring you in the face you see your life flash before you.  There are a wide-range of criminal activities with which you could be charged in the State of Ohio.  They range from DUI to capital murder.  Anything under the auspices of an arrest for a criminal activity must be taken very seriously.

Many times, there can be NO justice without a trial.  One of the top criminal attorneys in Portage and Summit counties has had experience working for BOTH sides.  That’s right!  How many lawyers once worked for the government and now defend charges in the criminal courts of Northeast Ohio for 20 years?

He sounds like someone you might want to call.  If you or a loved one are charged with any criminal offence in the Buckeye State reach for the phone and call Akron criminal defense attorney Jon Sinn.  We have said it over and over, the only sin when you are faced with prosecution is NOT calling Jon.  Jon Sinn’s cell phone number is (330) 431-0160.

Good People…Bad Drugs.

It could have started during the holidays, or just have been exacerbated at various end-of-the-year parties and gatherings.  You are a good person who takes care of themselves, but you have been taking illegal drugs.  Now the recreational habit has gotten out of hand and you or a loved one have been arrested on a drug possession charge.

It is a process that is as old as the human condition.  The only change has been that in Ohio there is a drug climate that many would say has reached epidemic proportions.  There are about as many ways to get high and escape reality for “a minute” as there are people.  That does not mean someone should be judged for life and hamstrung with a drug conviction.

If you or someone you care about has been arrested and incarcerated seek out the best lawyer possible as quickly as you can.  In Northeast Ohio you have someone who, in the past represented the other side.  That type of knowledge will be invaluable.  He is Summit and Portage County Ohio drug defense attorney Jon Sinn.  The only sin is NOT calling Jon at (330) 431-0160 anytime of the day or night.
