A New Look at Ohio’s Concealed Carry Law.

If you did not notice, there is a significant change in the Ohio concealed carry law. When it launched in 2004 it required 12 hours of training at the time. A couple of years later, lawmakers passed a bill blocking cities from passing gun control laws stricter than those of the state at large. Akron Criminal lawyer Jon Sinn wants you to know that things have changed again.

This particular legislation removes a point of capture for some of people who were not allowed to carry a concealed weapon but have sought permission in the past. Suffice to say, the 2nd amendment is being upheld in the Buckeye State and what may have happened in the past might well be an outdated law.

If you or a loved one has been arrested on a concealed carry weapons change in the state of Ohio, please call Akron weapons defense attorney Jon Sinn. He has the experience as well as the knowledge to vigorously defend you in an Ohio criminal court. Give Jon a call anytime at this phone number (234) 255-6100. Visit his website at sinnlaw.com.
