High Times Throughout Much of the U.S.

Not so much around here, though when it comes to the use of marijuana in the state of Ohio.  Each state has its own weed laws, of course.  So far there are 11 recreational weed states.  In 2020 a few may be joining them such as New York, New Mexico, Minnesota and Illinois.  47 of the 50 states now allow some form of medical marijuana.

Ohio has decriminalized small amounts of marijuana for medical use for such maladies as –

1.  HIV
2.  ALS
3.  Cancer
4.  Alzheimer’s
5.  Epilepsy
6.  Glaucoma

That is just a small list of the syndromes covered by medical marijuana in The Buckeye State.  If you have been arrested for the illegal use or possession of weed in Ohio, please call Akron criminal defense attorney Jon Sinn immediately.  Sometimes, the only sin you may have committed is NOT calling Jon.  Ohio criminal defense lawyer Jon Sinn at (330) 431-0160.
