Drug Possession in Ohio.

The Buckeye State has strong laws and penalties against drug possession. It is an area of the law that Ohio pays particular attention to these days. So does Akron criminal defense attorney Jon Sinn. He vigorously represents those in Ohio who have been arrested and charged with drug possession offenses.

Here are some of the maximum fines and sentences –

1.  For a misdemeanor conviction you could get a fine of up to $750 and 90 days in jail.

2.  For a felony drug conviction, one could receive 6 months to a year in jail.

3.  It gets more and more harsh!

Jon Sinn recognizes that. He used to be on the prosecutorial side of the equation. Today, criminal defense lawyer Jon Sinn defends those accused of drug possession in Akron and throughout northeast Ohio. If you or a loved one has been arrested for drugs, immediately call defense attorney Jon Sinn at (330) 431-0160. Become more familiar with Jon by visiting sinnlaw.com.
