Is it Time to Consider Judicial Release?

Without the proper representation, judicial release can be complicated and nearly impossible in the state of Ohio. It is defined as the process by which an offender who has been serving time for an Ohio criminal conviction may now petition the sentencing court for early release. If that time may have come for you or a loved one call Akron judicial release attorney Jon Sinn.

Judicial release prevails in a number of different factors such as –

1.  How long have you been incarcerated in an Ohio jail?

2.  What were the criminal sentences of which you were convicted?

3.  Did any of your sentences carry mandatory minimums?

4.  Have you ever before petitioned for judicial release?

All of this may be sorted out with a phone call and consultation with Akron criminal lawyer Jon Sinn. He knows Ohio state law from both sides. You will see his story when you visit sinnlaw.com on the internet. Then, just call (330) 431 - 0160.

A New Look at Ohio’s Concealed Carry Law.

If you did not notice, there is a significant change in the Ohio concealed carry law. When it launched in 2004 it required 12 hours of training at the time. A couple of years later, lawmakers passed a bill blocking cities from passing gun control laws stricter than those of the state at large. Akron Criminal lawyer Jon Sinn wants you to know that things have changed again.

This particular legislation removes a point of capture for some of people who were not allowed to carry a concealed weapon but have sought permission in the past. Suffice to say, the 2nd amendment is being upheld in the Buckeye State and what may have happened in the past might well be an outdated law.

If you or a loved one has been arrested on a concealed carry weapons change in the state of Ohio, please call Akron weapons defense attorney Jon Sinn. He has the experience as well as the knowledge to vigorously defend you in an Ohio criminal court. Give Jon a call anytime at this phone number (234) 255-6100. Visit his website at sinnlaw.com.
