When did it Become Guilty until Proven Innocent?

At some point in this country, people accused of sex crimes suddenly were presumed guilty instead of innocent.  When did it become standard procedure to quit your job, go into hiding, and give up your career because someone accused you of being a sexual predator?  It’s time to fight back…isn’t it?!

The stigma of being accused of a sex crime sticks with the accused for the rest of their lives.  It could be anything from an office encounter to a rape charge.  Whatever it is, it tarnishes the reputation of the person whom the finger is pointed at.  It may take a professional to properly expose the lies.

When things seem to be going south, let sex crimes defense attorney Jon Sinn enter the picture.  Working from his office located at 137 King James Way Suite 300 in Akron he will analyze your case and work hard to clear you of the charges.  It is likely that the only sin you may have committed is NOT contacting Jon Sinn at (330) 431-0160.

Vetting your Criminal Attorney.

If you or a loved one have been accused and held for an alleged criminal act, you had better be 100% certain that you have found the best possible individual to represent you.  That is what it comes down to…do you hire a mammoth firm where THEY will choose your defense attorney, or one that you can get to know and trust with your future immediately?

Do the proper vetting.  You, or a loved one’s entire future is at stake!  The charges could be drug possession or trafficking, firearms possession or use, even up to murder itself.  Choose correctly now, or forever regret it.  The important thing to do is take a deep breath and look carefully the first time.

Let me invite you to visit www.sinnlaw.com.  Here, you will find the background and track record of Akron area defense attorney Jon Sinn.  In particular, read the section called Sinn in the News.  Your search may end right there.  The only sin is NOT calling Jon!  He is Northeast Ohio’s criminal lawyer Jon Sinn at (330) 431-0160.
