Ohio’s New Laws.

Hey folks, Ohio lawmakers have been very busy lately.  Just recently the state has passed more than 50 new laws.  Everything from health, education, animals, minimum wage, motorists, and firearms has been addressed.  You might be very surprised what new laws have cropped up which take effect this year.

Take the issue of firearms, for instance.  Ohioans can now carry concealed firearms in places like daycare centers, public areas of airports and in school safety zones. Colleges and universities may allow weapons on their campuses. Privately-owned businesses can still issue bans in their facilities. Ohioans will also be able to keep their guns in their cars, regardless of the location of the vehicle.

What you don’t know could hurt you!  If you or a loved one is detained or arrested on a charge of one of the Buckeye State’s new laws call a criminal defense attorney immediately.  That man, for many years in Northeast Ohio is Jon Sinn.  The only sin is NOT calling Jon.  He is attorney Jon Sinn at (330) 431-0160.

Defining Murder in the State of Ohio.

When does capital punishment come into play?  It happens when the offender was fleeing the scene immediately after committing or attempting to commit kidnapping, rape, aggravated arson, aggravated robbery, or aggravated burglary.  This is as serious as it gets, and it demands the most aggressive representation in court available!

Capital punishment has been a part of Ohio’s history since its statehood over 200 years ago.  How long does someone go to jail for killing someone?  It could be life in prison.  The minimum sentence is 25 years if a firearm is used.  Otherwise, there is a minimum 10-year sentence for a person with a previously clean record.

There are many different outcomes that can occur in an Ohio justice court.  Please visit the website sinnlaw.com.  Look at some of the trials in which attorney Jon Sinn has been involved.  It is as impressive as it is real.  The only sin is NOT calling Jon.  When lives of loved ones are on the line call or text attorney Jon Sinn at (330) 431-0160.
