Our grandparents remember a time when speakeasys were
invaded and destroyed by “the Feds”. It
was as illegal as robbery itself. Public
perception was changing and America was slow to change with it. Now, the national discussion has turned to
weed…marijuana. It has been legalized in
many states around the country.
Unfortunately, Ohio law enforcement and its court system
take a dim view of marijuana use and will prosecute you if you are distributing
or even using. In case you think the
wall has come down, recreational use of this controversial substance is just as
illegal as a hard drug and it will be treated as such in the Buckeye State!
