Residents of Northeast Ohio will hopefully never face the kind of violence that is depicted in the movie Detroit. Police violence, however knows no territory. While the vast, vast majority of law enforcement is here to assist and be helpful there are a few bad apples on any police force no matter the location.
The subject of police brutality is a hot-button issue. There are so many gray areas.
